Internship in Customer Support (Germany)

What will you do?

• Support our VZ networks customer support with the collective operative tasks.
• Look after individual customer issues via email, provide pro-active help in the forums and put FAQs together.
• Be in charge of answering and explaining the answers to technical questions and give feedback to our product managers about the most frequently-occurring issues. In this way you will constantly help improve the games.
• Work individually on smaller projects from various task areas.

What qualities do you have?

• You’re studying in the communication, economic or media fields. Alternatively you’re completing vocational training in the business field.
• You’re confident working with MS Office.
• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken. Further language knowledge is advantageous.
• You have a brilliant customer focus, the necessary instinct and enjoy communicating with people.
